Super happy with the experience. I purchased my battery online and met the salesman at the store the next day. The gentleman who swapped out my battery today went above and beyond. It was about 12 degrees outside and he spent about 15 minutes swapping the dead battery in my 2017 Ford Fusion. Thank you guys a bunch for all the hard work you do keeping us all powered up in these modern times. Kudos!

Glenn was so very helpful and honest. I took my iPhone 8 in and he educated me on all the trips that were red after the phone had been thru the washer. He recommended not to repair it would cost me more than $100 which was the initial estimate based on just a screen replacement. Not many would be so honest! Thank you Glenn!!

Nathan provided me and a friend amazing service even though it was only his first week there. We may have to go back as the battery is discharging from 100% to 0 with only about two hours of screen time but regardless excellent service 👍
